150g ramen noodle
2 garlic cloves
Knob of ginger
Chilli flakes
Handful spring onions
Roasted sesame oil
(Light) Soy sauce
Hoisin sauce
Rice vinegar
Sesame paste
Peanut butter

Cook ramen, keep some starchy water
Throw in your bowl;
- pressed garlic
- grated ginger
- 1 tbsp chilli
- chopped spring onions
Heat oil and sizzle over.
Add;
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1.5 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame paste
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Stir. Add more starchy water, stir more, until creamy as fuck.
Top with chilli, fresh coriander and most importantly fried garlic and garlic oil (yes, thats a staple!). Slice of lime on the side!
