Jean-Louis and Doro’s tuna pasta
This is one of my favourite pastas: tangy from the wine and kapers, hearty and slightly sweet from the onions and the tuna. Serves all your taste buds!
This is one of my favourite pastas: tangy from the wine and kapers, hearty and slightly sweet from the onions and the tuna. Serves all your taste buds!
340g pasta 🍝
1 small can of white tuna in oil
1 onion 🧅
2 garlic cloves 🧄
1 tablespoon kapers
Some white wine 🍷
Ca 200ml sourcream
Some lemon juice 🍋
1 tablespoon black olives 🫒
Some pasta water 💦
Salt, pepper, chli, according to taste

Put pasta in water with plenty of salt.
Chop onions finely and sweat for 2 - 3 minutes in tuna oil
Chop garlic and olives finely and put all in a pot with kapers and thyme
Sear for 2 - 3 minutes
Deglaze with white wine and simmer for another 2 - 3 min
Add the sourcream and then finally add some of the pasta water taken from the almost-cooked pasta.
