Maangchi's Green Beans

Simple but delicious way of preparing green beans


Ingredients serve 2 persons

500g green beans

1 large onion

8 garlic cloves

100ml water from cooked beans

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Cook bean for 7mins in some water. Once cooked, keep 100ml of the water.

Chop garlic cloves and fry briefly in some cooking oil.

Add the cooked beans to garlic, as well as put-aside bean water

Add soy sauce and chopped onions to pan

Keep cooking and stirring until water in boiled down

Add the sesame oil
