3 trout filets, with skin
1 tablespoon Miso paste
1 tablespoon cooking sake
1 tablespoon Mirin
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

Put all ingredients, except butter, into bowl and mix well
Add filets into bowl and marinade for around 1h
Spread some butter into the bottom of a pan and then stick filets on top, skin-down.
Put pan in oven (120C for 15mins). Ready!
