Ingredients

Ingredients serve 2 persons

Leftover sticky rice from the day before

1 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove grated or 1 tsp garlic powder

1 cm ginger grated or 1 tsp ginger powder

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1/2 tap sesame oil

Aonori (Japanese seaweed powder, optional)

2 pinches of salt

Some rice vinegar (or any other vinegar) to dip

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan

Add sticky rice and divid into pieces

Add garlic and ginger keep frying

Add sesame seeds, sesame oil and Aonori

Finally season with salt and fry until crispy

Dip into vinegar to eat, enjoy
