Radish Pickles

This Korean radish pickles recipe is very simple but incredibly delicious 😃 eat with sticky rice 🍚 or just as snack (when having beer 🍻😉)

Ingredients

Ingredients serve 4 persons

1kg radish

100g sugar

135ml white vinegar

2 tbsp salt

3 dl water

Instructions

mix sugar, vinegar and salt in a bowl and add 300ml water

cut radish in small cubes and add

pickle in refigerator for at least 1 day and up to a month before serving
